The 82nd Financial General Assembly of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) was held at TOBB ETÜ with the participation of Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, representatives of the chamber and exchange community, and businesspeople from all 81 provinces.

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), received the presidents of chambers and commodity exchanges and TOBB delegates are in Ankara to attend the 82nd TOBB General Assembly at his office.

Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening session of the WCF Americas Regional Summit

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), participated via video message in the opening session of the World Chambers Federation (WCF) Americas Regional Summit, held in Bolivia on 20–21 May 2026, an organisation of which he is President.

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), stated that positive discrimination should be applied to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), saying, “We must exclude SME loans and commercial credit cards from the monthly credit growth limits.”

In a message issued to mark May 19th, Atatürk Commemoration, Youth and Sports Day, M.
